# Unten links auf ''Einstellungen'' klicken und dann ganz unten (ggf. muss gescrollt werden) unter ''Abonnements (OPML)'' auf den Button mit dem Pfeil nach unten klicken ([[Datei:Mdi_download_icon.svg|20px]]).

Login to the FB3 Nextcloud and go to the News tab. (Direct link)
On the bottom left, click Settings and at the very bottom (you might need to scroll down) under Abonnements (OPML) on the button with the downarrow ().
